MBAOSU.COM enables you to transfer airtime credit to your relatives abroad.
How to transfer airtime credit ?
Click on the airtime amount you which to transfer and follow steps by filling all required fields. At the end of the process, you will be directed to the Paypal site to place your payment.
Which payments options are accepted ?
For now, we only accept payments made with credit card through Paypal. It's not necessary to open a Paypal account, just click on the option that allow you to use your credit card.
How my relative receive airtime ?
In the purchase form, you should have indicated the phone number of your relative. Once your payment is validated, the airtime credit of your relative is automatically refilled.
Within how much time the transfer is done ?
The process is rapid and automated. So, only few minutes are required, after the validation of your payment for your relative to receive his topup.
Why do i have to authenticate myself ?
For safety reasons, we have to authenticate all buyers who use our service, so that we can find them again in case of fraud or else.
How is the authentication held ?
Authentication takes place at the third step of the purchase process. You are invited to give your mobile phone number. Instantly, a SMS containing a password is send to you. This password is uniq and associated to you phone number. It will allow you to go throw the purchase page.
I've give my phone number but i do not receive my password by SMS
Usually, less than a minute is necessary for your password to be delivered to you. This delay past, check that you have correctly type in your phone number, and especially that your are a user of one of the networks that we cover in your country. This list appears in the form after you have indicated your country..
Why my country is not part of the list ?
For safety reasons, we can only authenticate buyers from a restricted list of countries.
My password is wrong, what can i do ?
When you type in your password, take care about uppercases and lowercases letters. It's possible that some letters merge with numbers and conversely. If your password is illegible, you can request a new one after one hour. To do that, just answer 'no' at the question 'do you already receive a password' in the authentication process.
Are there fees to pay ?
Yes, there are transfert fees to pay. Those fees are included in the unit price of airtimes, from where the variation with the price converted in local currency.
Can i send a message to my recipient ?
Yes, you can add a personalized message to the SMS send to your relative containing the airtime code.
Am I refunded if the credit is not transmitted ?
Refundings are made individually and only if our responsibility is committed. Moreover, if after checking, it proves that the airtime code was used, no refunding could be made.
The 'Message sender' option
After your purchase, your correspondant receive your personalized message by sms. The sender name shown on his cellphone is "MBOASU.COM". By selecting 'Show my phone number' of the 'Message sender' option, it's your phone number which appears as the sender. By this way, your correspodant will easily know that the gift is from you.
